Friendly and very professional service. The office is small yet they keep appointments on time and moving. The selection of glasses appears to be limited but they are open about online choices and they want you to choose based on your likes. The optometrist engages with you in small talks and still remains professional and caring. As long as she is in network with my health benefits, I will continue to be a patient.

Based on these Yelp reviews, I had decided to book an appointment with Dr. Nancy Ngo. I was not disappointed in the least and had such a great and positive experience. LuAnn, the office associate, was kind and helpful too. Dr. Ngo is personable, is sincerely interested in getting to know her patients, and very thorough in her eye care appointments. You don't feel rushed. There is time to talk. She is completely present with her patients. I needed a new prescription for glasses, but every time I've gone to optometrists for a new Rx in the past, somehow what is prescribed, based on the eye test results, doesn't always translate well into real world/daily experience. Dr. Ngo was a great listener. She was very nuanced in finding a great prescription solution for me based on the history I gave, while of course taking into account the results from the refraction test. She was flexible, accommodating, tweaked my prescription to fit in line with whether I'd go with single vision or progressive lenses for my next pair of eyeglasses. I felt confident with her input, with her experience as a clinician, and I knew she wanted us to get this Rx right the first time. I will definitely go back to her for my next eye appointments.

I started going to Union Optometry 2 years ago. Both Dr. Ngo and LuAnn are an amazing team. LuAnn picked out two frames for me that I probably wouldn't have selected on my own. She helped me again recently on some new frames. They are very friendly, personable, with exceptional customer service.
