I hired Top Home Builders to do a complicated renovation project which involved a kitchen remodel, whole-house flooring replacement, fireplace demo/resurface, and water damage repair to a corner of the house. This was all to be done with my family residing in the home. While it added a layer of complication to the process and additional effort on our part (which we anticipated), they were willing to make it work. The contract was reasonable in comparison to the others that gave me bids, and I could tell before making the decision that these guys were pros.
