I found Tonita's Carpet cleaning about 4 years ago by asking on Nextdoor for a good and reliable carpet cleaner. I had used one of the larger companies in the past but wasn't always happy with their customer service or their prices. This is a small family owned business and his wife Maria answers the phone and schedules and also gives an estimate of the cost. I was able to get an appointment within a week which was convenient to my schedule. Carlos came on time and he was so nice! I showed him the rooms and he helped me move some of the furniture outside. Then he went about his business of cleaning three rooms, a landing and a stairway. What a wonderful job... read full review

They only feel you they cannot make an appointment by the last minute, as we’ve moved everything from our floor. Bad service! They charge 50 dollars for trip charge of customer cancel the last minute. They should pay the penalty too!!

Tonita's is a family owned business. my company uses their carpet cleaning service as well as their home cleaning services. They do such an amazing job! Their staff is genuinely nice and always in a great mood. The owners Maria and her husband are really sweet and honest.I have this area rug that I bought a few months ago and my puppy who was in the process of potty training for whatever reason thought It was the pee pad and would always go pee on my area rug and I continuously would have to pull my bissell carpet cleaner out until eventually I felt I should throw the carpet away because their was a stitch of urine smell and I was very devastated due to are rugs... read full review
