After meeting with several flooring companies and comparing quotes, we chose Wood Floor, and we could not be happier with the decision.
The biggest reason was Luis. From the first visit, he was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and incredibly thorough. We had carpet in two of our rooms and needed hardwood put in. Luis and his team laid out a really good proposal with realistic timelines and and excellent cost. The final product is beautiful. We were so happy with the service, care, and consideration of Luis and his team. The thing that impressed me the most was the promptness and efficiency of the team. When they were said they were going to do something in a certain window, it got done, when they said they were going to be at the house, they were there. It made things really feasible to work with. Awesome company, I'm super happy with the final product and really grateful for their hard work!
The Wood Floor Company has been doing work for me over the past 10 years. They installed wood flooring through my entire house. The job was superb. The owner Paul Kopacz gave excellent service and followed up at the end of each day to make sure I was totally satisfied. He was very detailed. I recommend his company all the time to friends.
