We just had an excellent experience with The Water Damage Experts. Or plumber discovered a leak from the shower valve behind the wall causing water damage in the wall and under the bathroom vanity and floor.
The plumbing company recommended The Water Damage Experts because they are responsible and don’t push for unnecessary remediation.
Eric, from The Water Damage Experts showed up and assessed the situation. He was professional and very thorough. He took photos of damage behind the wall and under the house. Eric checked our crawl space and told me the moist is normal and no need to do anything about it. Since no treatment is needed, I don’t even need to pay for his visit.I’m very impressed by his honesty and professionalism.
We had a terrible situation in our crawl space with sewage underneath our home cause by rotted pipes. It was a mess and the house smelled terrible. We were referred to The Water Damage Experts and we were contacted immediately by "Ali". Ali came to our house, inspected the damage and gave us an estimate. Ali was very easy to talk to and was very thorough in describing the problem in a manner that I understood. We hired him and he and his crew did a great job and delivered as promised. Can't say enough about Ali and how easy it was to work with him through a very stressful situation. I will always recommend these guys!
