Eric checked our crawl space and told me the moist is normal and no need to do anything about it. Since no treatment is needed, I don’t even need to pay for his visit.I’m very impressed by his honesty and professionalism.

We had a terrible situation in our crawl space with sewage underneath our home cause by rotted pipes. It was a mess and the house smelled terrible. We were referred to The Water Damage Experts and we were contacted immediately by "Ali". Ali came to our house, inspected the damage and gave us an estimate. Ali was very easy to talk to and was very thorough in describing the problem in a manner that I understood. We hired him and he and his crew did a great job and delivered as promised. Can't say enough about Ali and how easy it was to work with him through a very stressful situation. I will always recommend these guys!

Highly Recommend! Before getting some plumbing work done, we needed some treatment under the house. Called in and spoke with the president who well informed and provided pricing estimates for the potential scope of work. While confident in their service, he encouraged us to shop around and do our research while offering free quote, no pressure. Our serviceman, Eric was very easy to work with and was very professional and clean. He is knowledgable and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary treatment. What was also great was his flexibility to return the same day. Our plumber confirmed that Eric's work was very well done.
