This team has cleaned my apartment multiple times over the last year or so. They always do a great job and really go above and beyond. They respond quickly and are always flexible with my schedule! Definitely recommend!
I booked a Move Out clean with them for my Studio and was impressed by the prompt quote and responses from Liliana. They were thorough and fast. Got all the appliances and the apartment cleaned in an hour for a reasonable rate. My apartment was very dirty and they didn't overcharge.Would 100% book again. Only minor issue was they ran a little late and the communication was delayed on their end. But I assume it was because she was trying to get to my place so I won't hold it against them.
I booked them for deep cleaning.They didnot clean the window and i can still see dirt after the cleaning process.Edit:As per as the cleaner, the window cleaning is not a part of deep cleaning. But it was not mentioned anywhere. Nor did they mention while booking. There is a lack of transparency.
