First time to the groomers for both my senior dog and myself and everything went so well! We were told to arrive between 8-10 to check in. They take your pet at the door and call you when all done. My sweetie arrived beautifully groomed and smelling so fresh and adorned with a super cute st. Patrick's day kerchief. Already thinking about booking our next visit!

I've brought my Corgi Beatrice here twice, and my wife brought our Chocolate lab here once for a nail trim. Both dogs are notoriously difficult at grooming, but whatever magic the groomery works, they worked it with my 2 girls. They even told me "Beatrice behaves perfectly!" which was a shock. Pickles is like a bull in a china shop. 120lb chocolate lab, even I have difficulties with her. She's perfectly sweet and loverly, until the nail clippers come out. Somehow they managed to give her a clip in 2 minutes. Unlike some of the other groomers I've visited, they seem to always have time to schedule in new customers (instead of waiting weeks or months)... read full review
