Terrible service! I was having a pipe leak. The guy named Stephen showed up, didn't even test to see where the leak was, took one look, walked away in less than 2' after he arrived, then submitted an incorrect false diagnose to the home warranty. When I tried to call him several times, he never picked up the phone, and never called back. Looks like they don't need any work or don't care about customers at all. No wonder they've got all 1star review.
My home owner insurance assigned them to me. They keep committing to call back or schedule appointment, but not once did I hear back from them. I don't trust this company at all. Nobody that answers the call cares to answer any question or clarify the lack of response.
Worst experience , Not professional staff, not recommend to anyone.Leave un assemble part before leaving and promised come tomorrow, after that didn’t show up, put leaking faucet , not good experience.
