Don't be fooled by the 3 newest reviews (the ones with 5 stars). This is the worst business I have ever seen. Hang Le, the business owner, not only did NOT tell my mom (a new customer) the price of getting her tax prepared but also yelled and cursed at my mom. She somehow was able to persuade my mom into signing the documents and submitting the files without letting her know the price first. After my mom knew about the price and asked why is it so expensive, the owner completely lost her rage, lashed out at my mom, tried to shoo my mom out of the store, and cursed at my mom. Witnessing this event yesterday when I went to file taxes and Katherine Hang Le A woman customer was in the process of filing taxes and after the customer decided to not file with Katherine Hang Le, due to the demeaning nature of Hang Le and the extreme unprofessionalism. Hang Le then got angry and demanded that the customer pay high tax fees, even though the customer had decided to go elsewhere and not continue to do business with Hang Le. She then proceeded to cuss and scream, physically shoving the customer.

The "Queen Hang Le" has very bad attitude and over charge the service....Do not recommend this place to every one....Bad, bad and bad not even 1 star level.... There are a lot of CPA out there doing better job than this place.
