I had gotten LASIK about 10 years ago and this was my first time seeing an optometrist since then. When I walked into Dr. Nguyen's office, I was greeted with a smile and got in right away. Dr. Nguyen was friendly, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was just another patient on his list, but I could tell that he genuinely cared and took his time during the eye exam. I had never had an optometrist explain things so in-depth and clearly like he did! I left the office with a big smile on my face because I had a great overall experience and will definitely be coming back. Hopefully, I won't wait another 10 years to get my eyes checked again...hehe. DR. NGUYEN for the WIN!
Dr. Nguyen was kind, professional, helpful and informative during my appointment with him. I appreciated the fact that he was very transparent especially with pricing for vision correction options (glasses/contacts) and took the time to go over my insurance benefits clearly. We also discussed about LASIK concerns and eye dryness where he was able to provide info on supplements and where to purchase them. Just an overall great service experience compared to other optometry offices I've been to in the past where they focus on sales pressure.
