I have been part of Dr. Jennings's Strength-Training Sessions for over 2 months now and have gleaned many helpful techniques on how to best build various core muscles. AND, I have noticed my biceps growing!! - Dr. Jennings, a former world-class power-lifter, has been coaching us on the importance of maintaining the correct form (with both newcomers and continuing attendees) and he is very encouraging to help the motivation going! - We have been privileged to train on the special MedX equipments which are uniquely designed to isolate specific muscle groups.

This place has the best workouts for improving balance, coordination, strength and loosing weight. In the first month working out here I dropped about 20 pounds. The second month I dropped another 17 pounds. I became worried because that seemed like a lot of weight and I visited my doctor to see if something was wrong. After my doctor did blood tests and a urinalysis he said "Everything is perfect. The best I've seen. Keep doing what you are doing!" I have tried all kinds of workout facilities from Gold's to private studios. This workout is by far the best workout I have ever done. And I never am bored. I went for the Take 20 Workshop to learn how to lift weights properly and learn about what the different exercise are for. After the first session I learned so much about how the different exercises help the body for different conditions, exactly how to the do the exercises the RIGHT way, and why it is important to not spend too much time training (over train). We learned so much about proper form and now I actually know why the doctor spent the time teaching and showing us how proper and correct form improves the workout. After the sessions I could really feel a difference that I never felt before. My posture has improved and I lost 10 pounds after the first week! The... read full review
