The SVS team has installed mini split HVAC in both our house and guest house, all to fabulous results. We love the units and the installation process was a breeze. We had an issue and they came out and took care of it quickly. I've just had them install a hybrid electric hot water heater and that is working great as well. We highly recommend.

We called them because they are qualified to service Bryant furnaces and the 20-year old igniter failed on ours after these many years of use. Daniel was our technician. He communicated well about his arrival time, had the right part in his truck, and completed the repair quickly. Couldn't ask for better service! The total cost was $224 including parts, labor, and trip charge. We are happy to have heat again!Service: Heating system repair

Great service! They deserve more that 5 stars! I heard about SVS from Lupe (Ricks wife) and last year one of our friends had problems with their A/C so I referred them to SVS and they were happy with their quick response and service. Yesterday our A/C was not working, one of our hot days during our heat wave. We called SVS in the afternoon and Rick spoke with my husband to determine the issue. Rick told my husband that the part was easy to replace and my husband felt comfortable doing it. He told my husband what part he needed to buy and to take a picture so he knew where the wires go when he installed the new one (It was very helpful).
