Do not have Hien as your hair stylist as she does a poor job and is extremely rude to the customers. She does not care at all on making sure the haircut is even and of quality, she rushes through the cut and can care less on what it looks like (making sure it is even on both sides and so on) nor does she listen. Horrible customer service and a bad attitude. Everyone else there is great especially Annie...she's the best! Go see Annie, #1 in my book!
The problem I have is when you call and make an appointment and you get there and they don’t honor it because they have three other people ahead of you so what’s the point of making an appointment but that’s OK I got my haircut somewhere else
I've gone here twice now. The first cut in over a year they were so helpful in listening and making sure to just even up my at home cuts while taking off minimal length. I've gone again and the hairstylists double checked the length I wanted off before beginning my cut and talked through why split ends may be happening. Always such lovely people here.
