Not sure why this Ulta has a lower rating compared to the other locations, but I’ve loved all my experiences here! The employees are always super helpful and friendly 🫶 everything was FULLY STOCKED and organized 😍, the testers were all in good condition 🥹 and this Ulta does carry a ton of amazing products i had saved .. (except no Dior at this location sadly 😢) overall this location definitely deserves way more love .. don’t let the ratings stop you from shopping at this Ulta, I always leave here happy!
Ordered a product online at 8am. It said it was available and would be ready got in store pick up within 2hrs. Over 5 hrs later I was in the area and went to see what the hold up was. I was told after a decent wait that it was not available. They offered to call another location yo see if I could pick it up at another store. After a very very long wait they found the product 15 miles out of my way. So I had to drive to get it as I was going out of town. Unhappy with entire experience.
My girl Alyssa helped me recently get a new blush and lip stain from benefit omg I’m obsessed with the rose tint and deep cherry color ! She had great recommendations that complimented my everyday makeup routine and showed me new goodies I am now obsessed with , the benetint is my favorite for lip combos now (and can be used as a blush) , I always seem to gravitate to a benefit blush and she found me a cute pink called Willa , love it , stone lip liner from Mac with the rose benetint is my favorite combo right now , it’s so fun to find girls girl there to help get the final touches or show you new things you didn’t know were out !
