We had a great experience with Sub Zero HVAC and Appliance Repair! They came out to fix our fridge and dryer, and not only did they do a fast and professional job, but they also went above and beyond without even being asked, they took the time to fix our front gate, which had been giving us trouble for a while. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really shows the kind of care and pride they put into their work. Highly recommend them for their excellent service, attention to detail, and kindness!
Sergey and his team consistently do a great job repairing my subzero. They are competent and responsive. My 25-year old refrigerator has had a few problems in the past years. Every time I called them they came quickly for the diagnosis. I haven’t had a problem with their repair work.
Our dishwasher was not working and we were able to make an appointment online. Someone came out the next day to inspect the dishwasher. It was related to a water valve issue which was fixed and I was charged for just labor. I ran the dishwasher the next day and noticed my dishwasher still wasn't cleaning so I called them again. Since I had a 90 day labor warranty they were able to send someone back to my house and they fixed the issue. My dishwasher works great now
