I needed a cleaning service to help with my Grandparents home as I do not live nearby. I was able to get in contact with someone immediately from Star Cleaning Services. They arranged a day and time at my grandparents convenience and my grandparents were so pleased with their services they now go bi weekly to clean their home and it’s a great value. I could not be more satisfied and amazed with their level of detail when it comes to cleaning and organizing! We have tried a few cleaning services around the Bay Area and this company surpassed all others by going above and beyond. We are setting up bi weekly cleans because of how impressed we were. Elisama is extremely communicative, professional and thorough, very excited to have them come back regularly.

Elisama and Michel were an amazing team, and I'm looking forward to continuing to have them as my regular cleaners. They communicated clearly ahead of time what to expect, answered all my questions, got me scheduled the next day (way sooner than I expected), and when they arrived they were so courteous and friendly.
