Smiths technicians consistently perform a thorough and complete service. Dan’s visit today was personable, as I was home at the time, and thorough assessing the situation and informing the home owner accordingly.
I recently changed pest management companies to Smith's. The price is slightly higher than my previous company's, but I signed up with Smith's because the sales rep, Gavin, was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't use any aggressive sales tactics. I asked for a specific timeframe for the technician to show up, so I didn't have to wait around all day, and he provided me a 2-hr slot.
