I called for a refrigerator repair today and Eli (sorry if I misspelled your name) came out and fixed everything in 30 minutes with a 10 minute drive to my place. He answered all my questions and communicated to me the process in a very understanding and comfortable way for me to understand. First time getting a refrigerator fixed and was super friendly in answering all my questions while he was here and over the phone. The price for the repair was solid and something I could live with. Definitely calling him again for my appliance needs!

Extraordinarily good experience with this company for fixing a "hard to diagnose" problem with the dishwasher. The technician who came (punctually as communicated clearly in the appointment), patiently diagnosed the problem and gave us a "temporary fix" (it was a problem with the control board) and gave us a clear quote on what it would take for a more permanent fix. Highly recommend!

They were great and the price to come out is very fair. In the end they said it would be better to replace, instead of trying to repair the dishwasher. I appreciate them being honest about the dishwasher.
