Worst of the worst. This is my edit. Linda never responds because she makes up excuses all the time. She’s the worst and so are her assistance. wow should I add the fact that she cost me close to $1000 more due to her inability to do her job? She sucks so bad. She won’t even send me a copy of my tax return. Yet again she will not answer just so I can get my SDI never go there.

Definitely DO NOT Recommend: I filed a complaint with the CA Board of Accountancy against Slade & Company because the negligence with which they handled my account (specifically myamended federal 2019 tax return), cost me $7,435.00 + interest. I hired William Slade because he was recommended to me by friends when I was in search of a tax professional. I supplied all requested documents to the firm’s portal nearly 9 months in advance of the filing deadline. Definitely DO NOT Recommend: I had always prepared my own taxes, but they had become increasingly more complicated, so I asked friends to recommend a tax professional. They had been using William Slade, Mng. Dir. of Slade & Company, for yrs & were happy with his srvcs. So, I reached out to Mr. Slade via eml on 7/22/22. He rspnd via eml on 8/1/22. I replied outlining why I was seeking his help, & we had our 1st Zoom mtg on 8/3/22. During this mtg, I told Mr. Slade the main reason I was seeking his help was to review my 2019 fed'l & state tax rtrns that I had prepared myself.
