3.5 stars overall. I completed the initial deep cleaning and 3 regular cleanings every 4 weeks with Silicon Valley House Cleaning. Overall, they did alright but there were some frustrating things during each of the cleanings; some consistent and others just negligent. Summary: - They don't help with organizing. So I end up having to clean up after the cleaners leave to put everything back. - They don't put things back where they were. (e.g. we have child locks around and I spent half the day after the first cleaning searching for the key) - They rush through the cleanings (e.g. forget to empty the trash bins in the kitchen, unhook ceiling vents to clean them but don't hook them back in, left some dirty rags in the bathroom, wipe the floors but if there's anything sticky like a piece of candy they just leave it...and the worst was putting non-oven-safe pans in the oven and accidentally turning the oven on while cleaning) - If they need help with cleaning something, they don't bother asking. They just don't clean it. For example, our diaper pail is a little tricky to remove the garbage bag. They've never asked me how to remove it. So I ended up just putting it in the main trash bin before they arrived so they can take it out. - After the first deep cleaning, I asked what they could help with cleaning regularly and they let me know what they can/can't do. Yet every regular cleaning, they always forgot something that we had agreed they could take care of. There's something about cleaning up after the cleaners leave that just doesn't seem right. So after the 3rd regular cleaning, we decided to part ways. If you're looking for a cleaner that will do a thorough job, communicate honestly with you, and be thoughtful and respectful of your home, I'm not confident this is it.

I am a repeat customer for Silicon Valley House Cleaning. I've used their services for deep cleaning because they are thorough and diligent in regards the what I've asked. They are timely, professional and do a great job. I would recommender them for your home cleaning needs.

I needed move out cleaning and they are the first one to respond. They worked with me to find a time for the estimate and was always responsive. I ended up finding someone else due to timing but if the opportunity arise again I will not hesitate to reach out to them first. From the quote given, I actually think Silicon Valley House Cleaning would have been cheaper so I wish timing would have worked out.
