Place is hit or miss, they charge real barbershop prices for low quality cuts. Dont buy the hype

I recently visited this salon for a quick haircut for my two-year-old. While the service was excellent, I was surprised by how expensive it was—they charged $38 + tip for a simple cut. We usually go to a different place with the same ambiance, and they only charge $28. Overall, while the staff was friendly and the experience pleasant, the high price makes it hard to justify returning when we can get the same service elsewhere for much less.

Absolutely horrifying. The hairdressers are not using the blue sterilizing liquid after each cut.
This lady in the photo cut my son’s ear and he started crying. She had such a bad attitude and acted like it was my baby’s fault. My son didn’t move a muscle and after she cut him, he would not let her cut his hair. The woman said “mom come and get your baby.” I told her “you cut him, that’s why he’s crying.” The manager had to step in and ask what happened and I told him that she cut my son’s ear.
The manager transferred us to another woman (Suzanne) who was better and he gave us 50% off. After us, the same hairdresser as pictured was cutting another baby’s hair and the baby started crying. I took a better inspection and saw that this baby’s ear was cut too. And the hairdresser was acting very mean, and made them change from the seat with a car to sitting on moms lap.
Now my son’s doctors office wants to test my son for Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and HIV. STAY AWAY!

Today was my son’s first haircut, and Le N did an amazing job. She was patient, kind, and made the experience really positive for my child. We truly appreciated her care and skill.
Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the owner/manager at the front desk, who was very pushy and came across as rude. At the end of our visit, I paid with Apple Pay and attempted to hand a $6 cash tip directly to Le N, but he took it out of my hand instead, which made me uncomfortable and was not okay.
Le N deserves recognition for her excellent work, but the front desk interaction really impacted what should have been a special first haircut experience.
