Great group of guys with a team mentality. Class sizes are small, so you get plenty of individual attention. The coaches are highly knowledgeable, and each class builds on the last, so you learn practical chains and combos instead of just random techniques.
Coach Jansenn has a ton of experience and a great teaching style. I’ve improved a lot since training here, but like anything, you get what you put in.
The environment is supportive and safe. Everyone wants to help you get better, not hurt you.

I have been training in various martial arts for over 30 years, and finding a gym that truly gets it is rare. I joined Underground MMA about four months ago, and I can confidently say this is one of the best training environments I have experienced.
The coaching here is on another level. The coaches are patient, technical, and detail oriented, and their ability to break down movement, refine technique and help you understand why something works (or is not working) is exceptional.
