I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years for tax return, this year they gave me a ridiculous number for the amount I pay for tax even I made less than the prior year. When I called n asked ms Hang was so rude n refuse to check n said it was right she has nothing to do with it (which was bad customer service). I decided to take time and file the tax return by my own through the apps that IRS recommended (FREE). Turned out I should pay $2,000 less than what she did for me, I found out that they just miss lots of numbers from my form… ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ I hope they didn’t make any mistakes from the other years.. They should not be in business. They charge my friends money to manage her payroll & taxes. I found out that the last 7 years, my friend business is operating under a wrong business name(belong to the previous owner) under the state level. The local business license renewal service fee my friend paid them but they don't know how to get it filed so it has been inactive. When I call them to ask them to update the license, even with my friend's consent for me to talk to them, they don't want to be criticize, they hung up on me. Please don't put your financial at risk with this tax service office.
