Husband \u0026 I loved this place so much before the pandemic hit. We both have been trying to get a hold of them to book, but no one is calling back \u0026 no greeting on their VM.. I have heard form a reliable sores that they closed down in January \u0026 sold us a package of $725.00 massages in November ? I’m sure they knew they may shut down so why take our money \u0026 not take our calls ??\u200d♀️ I’m hoping they will call us back. We are very sorry they closed but would appreciate our money back. 8 months pregnant in the middle of a pandemic and I was DYING to get a prenatal massage and a facial before I was I went into indefinite lockdown with a newborn. Santa Clara County decided to open the salons and spas for one day before it decided to close back up.. OH YOU KNOW I called to make an appt. I was lucky and she (forgot her name, but the owner) arranged it so I was the last client of the day before the doors shuttered. I got a pre-natal facial with products I was allowed to have during pregnancy. It was super relaxing and nice to be pampered. I didn't get my massage, but that's okay.
