I came to the office looking to deal with a hyperpigmentation mark on my face. Doctor Lee recommended I did picosure and told me it would be the most effective treatment based on what he saw. I went ahead and did 3 treatments of picosure laser. Dr. Chen was the person who did the procedure and she did a fantastic job. The staff here are super friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend coming here and at the very least get a consultation.

I had melasma caused by hormonal changes, and after researching many places, I decided to go with San Jose Medical Spa for treatment. The doctor here gave me a very thorough consultation and created a treatment plan tailored to my skin condition.

I went through the treatment using PicoSure Pro technology. Right after the procedure, my skin felt slightly warm for about 2–3 hours, then it returned to normal. The next morning, my skin was just a little red, and by the following day, everything looked completely normal.

Just one week later, I was honestly surprised to see that the dark spots had significantly faded — something I didn’t expect to happen so quickly. I’m really happy and satisfied with the results.

A big thank you to the team of doctors and staff here. The clinic is very modern, clean, and uses high-end equipment and products, which made me feel safe and confident throughout the process.

Update after the 2nd laser treatment:
This time, the doctor used a stronger laser setting compared to the first session. My face was slightly swollen for about 4 days afterward. Result: the dark spots/light pigmentation have faded significantly, reduced by more than 90%.

I've had multiple treatments at San Jose Medical Spa with Dr. Chen for a while now. Everytime I have gone to the office for a treatment, the experience has always been top tier. They are very responsive to phone calls whether its for reschedules or appointment confirmations. The entire staff and especially Dr. Chen are very friendly. I have been very happy with the results I've achieved through coming to San Jose Medical Spa. I would highly reccommend San Jose Medical Spa to other friends.

Good Service in the front desk and nice Dr. here. Did microcannel treatment for hydration, it is comfortable and skin tone looked glowing and bright, Recommend this place!
