San Jose Air Conditioning was very came out quickly when I called other places it was almost a weeks wait they came next day. I have a old AC unit so hard to find parts but they did and had it up and running in 24 hours due to ordering of parts. The technician was very detailed and gave me advice in keeping up such old unit. The customer service was also great when I called in very professional
I previously had written a bad review for this company years ago. I dislike having to write negative reviews, so when the owner reached out to me to see how they could make good, I was thrilled! Yesterday they sent in an amazing and thoughtful technician who showed up exactly when he said, even apologizing that he was late. I was given the hours of 3-5, he was here by 3:05! That was already a plus since I was really hoping he didn't show up at 5 to start. He was kind and thoughtful. He even went to home depot to get me new filters since I was out, leaving 2 extras with me, stressing to change every 3 months because of my pets. I appreciated the amount of time he spent on my unit making sure everything was okay with it, yet not dragging out the appointment. They don't make companies like they used to. In recent years people could care less if you're happy. Well, Id like to think San Jose Air Conditioning is old school in how they operate. I appreciate any company that wants to make sure their customer is happy. Thank you San Jose Air Conditioning! I will call for all my future needs!
After a hiccup with original service for my a/c and furnace, they called me and offered to do it for free, David, a technician who came for a call was courteous and thorough, signing off on both items finding no problems. Recommended!
