We are very happy with the work that Elephant Floors did in our home. We had an older engineered wood floor that was damaged in several areas, and we decided to replace it.
It took us some time to choose a new floor—we made multiple trips to the showroom and brought home at least a dozen samples. When our initial selection was delivered, the color did not match the sample. Elephant Floors handled this without any issues and picked it up at no cost to us. After that, we decided to order a full sample box to be certain before moving forward.
