i have been coming to dr silver starting earlier this year. my insurance covers 30 chiro visits/year and i felt that PT wasn't helping a weird numbness tingling that was starting in my neck down into my left arm. averaging 2-3 visits a month has been extremely helpful to get neck and upper back adjustments, leaving each quick appointment feeling taller and more able to move freely. dr silver recommends simple movements throughout the day, nice deep yoga stretches, and a heathy lifestyle. Dr. Gail is extremely knowledgeable and puts her clients first! She is extremely helpful and interested in resolving your health issues. She is not like any other chiropractor, and has a more holistic approach. I recommend her to my clients who need additional health support.
