Worse place to get a facial! The lady didn't turn on the music until about half way into my facial. I could hear a man and woman talking in the other room the whole time. All the facial consisted of was this lady putting a ton of lotion on my face and wiping it away with tissue. She put so much, it was going up my nose and I kept sneezing and sniffing. It got so uncomfortable, I had to stop a few times to blow my nose. She thought I had allergies! The blackhead extraction was a sunction tube that left hickies on my face! It's been a while since I've been in this Spa. The only reason why I even come here is because my insurance covers it, so it's free. But I guess now they aren't accepting insurance anymore? I still had credit left over from last year, so I still got a free massage. But I don't think I'll ever come back to use the credit I had. I have no idea who this lady was, but she did a horrible job with my massage. I came in on Saturday and I wish I booked with Rose because I remember Rose doing a great job with my massage last time I was here.
