Since this was our first time building a pool, we met with at least three different vendors. Royal's showroom was a great place to see their amazing craftsmanship and all the options we could choose from. Plus, our friends and neighbors gave us some great recommendations, which really sealed the deal for us. In our first experience on our warranty - We called regarding a dark spot on the bottom of our pool and were blown away because the next business day the crew arrived and it looks as good as new! Thanks!

Working with Royal has the advantage of years of experience building Pools in the Bay Area. That means the contractors that do each separate stage are experts at their job. Ask a lot of questions so things are implemented and the result are how you envisioned it. Manny Torres, the project manager was instrumental in helping guide me through the project start to finish. I highly recommend him! 2 things to be aware of, it took a long time to complete for multiple reasons and you need to tightly coordinate the pool hard scape decking and equipment pad in parallel because that is through a separate contractor.
