We had a great experience while working with Richie for removing our 30+ years old pool. The side entrance to our home is small for required bobcat to fit in. When we first contacted Richie, he was quick to respond and accommodated us within 3 weeks of initial discussion. He ensured to get the permits quickly and identified the common fence between us and our neighbors that had to be removed to allow bobcat to fit in. Overall the work took 6 days from start to finish to fill in our 10x30 ft pool with 8ft depth. He gave me a very reasonable flat rate on the spot (which was cheaper than other quotes), and showed up as promised and completed the job without any hassle. The crew limited the breaking time so that we wouldn't be hearing the loud noise for too long during the day, and they took away everything they said they would.
