She took the time to educate me on the benefits and even showed me a few simple best-practice routines I can do at home to continue the work. I had the best massage and overall experience. This was my very first massage ever and truly felt relaxed. The ambient was calm and relaxing. I would love to go back and just booked my mom an appointment too! Truly recommend because it wasn’t painful as I’ve heard about other places.
