We experienced a water leak and were referred to Dry1Out. The team of Felix, Nico, Jose, Marcus were very helpful, careful and experts in helping us. This team was lead by their Project Manager William "Will" Craig. They seem to be there 24/7 and always offer a helping hand
Alberto and Lupe have been working on my house for about a month now. We hired them through Dry1Out restoration due to a water hose breaking and causing water damage throughout our house. Alberto and Lupe were professional, on-time, and went above and beyond the norm. Dry1Out sent multiple different crews but we requested Alberto and Lupe due to the exceptional job they did. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking to do mitigation and restoration in general.
Dry one out was assigned to us after a water damage claim. We are very happy with their service, they were very accommodating followed instructions very well and we're always willing to go the extra mile. We were working with Gilbert and he was very good at keeping us informed of what was going on. He answered any questions I had and called back immediately when I called him. We worked with Alberto and Martine for most of the project and they were very respectful and followed instructions well.
