So, my dad had a major surgery set and of course, the night before early morning surgery the old water heater went out. My elderly father was stuck taking an ice cold shower at night as part of the surgery prep process. This may be just an inconvenient hiccup of home ownership for most but to my already stressed parents this was a huge issue, especially for my dad who was already feeling less than useful in his weakened state. I went with Phil Reliable Air for a full HVAC replacement with permits. I liked their work and would definitely recommend them! Smooth communication, timely execution, competitive rates, thorough and clean finish.
Phil and Yolanda were the main PoCs. They did thorough estimation of the work in the house, found exactly what was needed. Gave recommendations. Took care of permits. Scheduled and executed the work as discussed. My other contractors were also impressed with their work and price.
