Redwood Hospice

Sydney and Laverne are some of the most compassionate and hardworking people I have every met. I started volunteering with Redwood last year and they have been incredible Volunteer Coordinators to work with. If you are interested in engaging with end-of-life care, this is great team!

I really have to say after dealing with another hospice place before (not a bad experience either ) but deal with Redwood from the moment they took over my mom's care in July they made me feel like family. Big shout out to nurse Maylin for treating my mom very well until the end and not sugar coating anything with me especially when it was time. I always appreciated the weekly check in from her with updates and appreciate when other staff would call to see if I needed anything. Nurse Maylin will always hold a special place in my heart . I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dindo Bustrillos, who was an amazing case manager and hospice attendant to my mother at Hopkins Manor. We were incredibly fortunate to have him. His bedside manners and the way he treated my mom like family created the most positive and comforting experience we could have hoped for during such a difficult time.
