Of course air conditioner decides to go out yesterday right before the heat wave. Called R&B at 7:30am and Ramiro was over by 10am to fix my problem. I'm so grateful for his speedy service and easy solution to my problem! Thank you!!!
Ramiro and R&B saved us! Their team was super responsive over text when we had a problem with our HVAC during one of the hottest times of the year. They came the next day promptly, and even came back a separate time without a charge to ensure the job was done properly. Ramiro was easy to talk to, honest, didn't try to upcharge or sugarcoat anything. We hope to work with them for an upcoming more intensive duct configuration project. Thank you again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC team!
A couple days ago our AC unit stopped working and coincidently we had a maintenance planned with another company so when the technician arrived, he mentioned that it was a coolant leak and is common with units over 20 years old and it would cost thousands to repair. so we engaged with multiple companies and a lot of sales people turned up and tried to sell us a new unit and the price ranges were wild.
