In addition to excellent dry cleaning, they also offer clothing alterations. The owner is incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message a whole day before my promised pickup date letting me know my garments were already ready!
The shop is conveniently located on Berryessa Road right next to Seven Leaves Cafe with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
Very fast and friendly service. Took my backpack to get fixed since it was ripping, and it was done then and there. Stays open later than other places, so it is definitely a plus. Returning for some more clothes to get done as well in the future.
I was in town for a wedding staying near Quality First. Early in the week I had one of my prized dresses spilled on and I didn’t want to wait to get home to have it cleaned. I was searching Google for dry cleaners and ended up at a different one at first. Well, thank goodness they couldn’t accommodate my timeline request. I ended up at Quality First and knew almost immediately I could trust her with my dress. The space was clean and cared for. I was so pleased with her service and communication. My dress came out perfect. Would highly recommend.
