Robert did an absolutely fantastic job from beginning to end on my fumigation and attic cleanup. One thing I particularly appreciated was that he always communicated what was happening and always got back to me immediately. He never pressured me nor did they hound me for payments. Robert took the time to do a good job on the attic cleanup and is a generally friendly and amiable person to talk to. I was absolutely recommend him and Prime Exterminators to my friends.

Chose due to great recommendations of others on Yelp. Easy to schedule Termite Inspection. Although you have to pay for the inspection, it's probably more extensive than the "free" inspection by others. Inspector was very thorough and offered suggestions. I got a comprehensive inspection report as promised. Great experience.

I called the company for an inspection. Was trying to understand our house's condition and see what type of prevention can we put to help keep the termite away.Mary explained to me over the phone about different type of termites and sent Don here. Don said our home is under good condition and doesn't need full inspection. He did spent 1 hour here to explain what type of preventions we can do to help keep the termite away and didn't charge us anything.This will be our go-to pest control company in the future!
