We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. I called the office 1 hour before closing, Alice sent their technician, Bruce to our house asap to help turn off the leak, talk me through the issue and offer solutions. Bruce and Mario were able to draft a comprehensive and fair estimate. Their repair technician, Santiago arrived shortly after to repair the leak quickly and improve our system to prevent future leaks. Every team member I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Plumbtree!! Thank you all!
