I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Sandra and it was a great experience. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail as she moved from each lymph node. She also took time after the massage to recommend next steps to make sure that my body can continue to regulate properly. I felt a significant difference in my abdomen area during the massage.
