All the reviews are correct. Spent hours on hold to set up an account which led to nowhere. Got disconnected before making an appointment. Called back and still couldn't make an appointment after multiple long holds. I kept calling back till it was the end of the day, they promised to call back but never did.

Really 0 ZERO stars. I am fully insured with United Healthcare, but every time I see one of my good doctors in PMG, the PMG sends ME the bill, BEFORE sending it to United Healthcare, saying "Notice of Denial of Payment." Is this in the hopes that I'll pay it BEFORE United Healthcare, and they'll get paid twice??? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I wish my doctors were NOT with this group. And PMG must not see that they are setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit.

Just like the other reviews, the agent (Freida) I spoke to today had a very rude attitude almost as if she didn't even like her job. She even hung up immediately after I got the info I needed. I hope to never deal with PMG again.
