AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was my first time at O'Connor Pediatric urgent care. My son's PCP referred us on Friday 8/22/25 for my son's buckle fracture. She called several doctors to see my son after 4pm on Friday but no one was available. She referred us to O'Connor Pediatric urgent care, and they took care of my son right away. This was my first time taking either of my kids to an urgent care so I was extremely anxious about how it was going to go. The front desk staff were very sweet and efficient, the medical staff were all friendly and professional. They handled my infant with care and compassion, to my surprise I was in and out with a prescription waiting for me at my pharmacy within 45 minutes.

All time favorite. Always responsive, very sweet nurses, interacts with my son very well, and he even gets a paw patrol sticker! What a nice visit, my son left with big smiles on his face!
