My air conditioner stopped working, I called Mark, and he came out right away knowing it was going to be very hot today. He originally put my air conditioner in and it has worked flawlessly until yesterday. He fixed the problem and had it running perfectly within 45 minutes. I appreciated his quick response and his dedication to his clients. Thank you Mark.

Our heater stopped igniting last night. I called around 10 places, and got appointments ranging from tomorrow (not so bad) to 3/24 (insane!) Anyway, Pacific Coast Mechanical originally gave me a reasonable future date, then called back and said they could come by NOW, which Mark (the owner, I think) did, and fixed the thing not only right then and there, but for less total (including parts and labor) than any of the others had quoted me just for the base visit cost!

Aaron was employee that arrived at my house to checked out my AC/Heater.Found out it was just the thermostat. He replaced and even cleaned out the cabinet with my heater in it. It was filled with insulation and I never opened that cabinet.Rosemary is who I first spoke to and she was very nice and professional.
