Crazy how ALL of the 1 star review echos the same issue: ROBERT D. Is a fraud who takes your money but won't deliver your products and never calls, emails, texts back to remedy the issue! It's absolutely criminal to be out close to $4000 and 2 months later still with NO ETA and his refusal to refund the money after he failed to deliver the products. Not sure how this business is even still in operation. I feel bad for the people who have yet to experience what we have and I know with 100% certainty that those customers will ultimately engaging in unsatisfying results with no recourse whatsoever. My husband and I are very happy with our experience purchasing waterproof laminate floors with Roberto! We found this place through our contractor's recommendations who we hired to redo our kitchen and living room floors. We were so happy! Before that, we found a different floor store online and went there for a few times, but each time we were not able to find the right color, or quality, or price. It was absolutely opposite with Roberto! We met him at the store for the first time, and when he looked at the photo of what we wanted to match, he immediately showed us the floor we loved!
