I had a shower and bathtub with frozen pipes. In addition I needed a sprinkler system anti siphon valve replaced. Making an appointment was very easy and Mary was very pleasant. Jason arrived on time and explained how he was going to make the repairs. Doing business with O. C. McDonald was a no brainer because they have professional, qualified plumbers so the job is done right. Remember this company has been doing business in San Jose for years which means they are reliable and do the job right. Highly recommend.

We've had technicians out twice to service our hydronic heating system and water heater. These guys have been in business for many years and there's a reason why. Superior knowledge in the industry and professional service from office staff to technicians. Great value as we are satisfied with all work performed.

I have been an OC McDonald customer for a while and have consistently had great, professional service. Most recently, Pablo S. serviced my water heater (which had a lot of sediment) and checked all plumbing fixtures. He did a great job and informed me of options and information about my water heater. He was very polite, professional and knowledgable.
