Alexey S. was very transparent with the work he was doing and was able to fix our house heater/furnace with no issues. He followed up multiple times and even replaced our old thermostat for free. Originally we had an appointment that was many weeks out due to their workload but he was able to fit my request into his schedule since he is local to fremont. Highly recommend Alexey.
