I have used them before and I will use them again. They are very responsive and come within a few hours to set up a trap. Same for removing animals after they’re caught they come with a few hours to get them removed. I believe it is required by law. Staff is courteous and professional and knows what they are doing. I’ve had both Daniel and Bill come to my house a few times.

Chad (owner) was transparent from inception. Bill is the go to guy; simply awesome and does his best to ensure customers are well informed as the process unfolds. They do follow ups and inform you ahead of time when the service personnel will be arrive. I would not look anywhere else for a similar service in future.

I called them with a question about what looked like a snake in my garden. They asked me for a picture of it and quickly told me it was an alligator lizard instead. The person on the phone also told me the alligator lizards are good for the ecosystem and should not be harmed. This really helped me. My wife and I were both panicking and when we heard from the expert it was a big relief! Thank you norcal wildlife removal!
