I cannot believe the customer care of this place. Came in to drop off a pair of North Face shorts to re do the crotch area stitching (small hole). He said he could do it right there and then because his alteration person was off today. I was fully expecting to drop off and come back in a week. He took 2 mins and gave right back and said don’t worry about payment. I get it was small fix but I now have to start finding items of clothing to bring here because I will never even think about going to another place. I’m not even a regular. Owner was genuine. That interaction was so refreshing to have on my busy midday Friday.
I was delighted to find Good Earth Cleaning/NextGen Cleaners in San Jose, I live in Santa Cruz and there were no companies that could do the special treatment cleaning that my suede and leather jackets required. They both got pretty stained in a short period of time. First Rate did a great job and the jackets look so much better. The owners are friendly and helpful and I couldn’t ask for more!
Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I thought my sweater was lost in the store but end up locating it in my house. The staff was nothing but helpful and patience the whole time. Very good service & would recommend as a frequent myself!
