Went to get a manicure, and remove the gel remaining from a previous manicure. Gel was not fully removed, nails were cut unevenly and square, and the French manicure was uneven as well.Overall very unhappy with my manicure, not to mention is was the same price here for just a polish manicure as it was for a gel manicure elsewhere. So having paid the same higher price for a poorly done polish manicure as I did for a really well done gel manicure, I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

very lousy job! Tried the pricey spa pedicure which felt like a cheap, regular treatment. The technician was annoyed as she kept criticizing my feet trying to sell me more services. But hello, I was doing the expensive spa pedicure already, what else could you do about dryness due to seasonal change? She was very poor at her job. I think I file my nails better than her. Also tried the shellac, SIGH, the lady did not even buff my nails to make the surfaces smooth and clean to put the polish on and therefore I can see bubbles in the polish. Just thought they should not hard sell that much as if customers want something, they really will ask. How hard is that to understand... read full review

This shop has been under new owner for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 years. When the person who did my nails left, I was skeptical about anyone else but so far I have had my nails done by Anthony, the owner and I cannot complain. The nails have lasted 3-4 weeks and have not chipped or gotten infected. When I want a design there is always someone there to put one on and even to cater to me if I have a wild idea of something In my mind I would like to try. The facility is clean and well lit. They seem to want your experience to be a positive one so be sure to mention anything that isn't what you want and they will try to do what they can to make you happy.
